As someone who values and puts an emphasis on customer service in my own business, it was a pleasure to see that Ben is on top of things. I’ve always received a prompt and timely response from Ben. It makes it much more easier for me to communicate with my customers in a timely manner, because I can get technical information, pricing, and most questions answered usually within the hour, or the next day at the latest. I needed 8 windows and was running short on time for one of my projects. No one could help except them. I called and right away Courtney attended to my needs. All my questions were answered and I was able to get the windows done a week before my deadline. They even delivered for a reasonable fee. The price was right and the product was great too. Best service for my window purchase. The stuff is knowledgeable and prompt. Smooth delivery and effective communication. Very considerate towards my house style, my budget and my own circumstances. Was nervous about wait time, but they organized the delivery the very next day my windows reached their warehouse. They also recommended another company for installation- GR Home Renovation. Ordered our windows at Castle House Distributors and they came in as planned. Friendly knowledgeable staff helped us not only pick the right windows but their warehouse crew took the time to help me load them up correctly. Castle House came through and made sure we were happy with the install by making changes to some of the aesthetic concerns we had with the finish work on the doors. My only advice would be that Castle House have one of their reps come to every job site upon completion to make sure the finish work matches the quality of the doors they sell. As they say, the devil is in the details. I purchased some finishes, such as closet door guides, that enhanced our complete interior door renovation and they were kind enough to install them for me. Things are not always perfect when retro fitting new finishes on an older home and we had to get creative to find ways to make the job look like an original install given the changes in construction codes and materials, but Castle House was willing to get creative and work with me to find acceptable solutions.

This is a great company to work. While most others wont even return a phone call or an email Castle House is above the rest. Ben was fantastic for our window order and helped coordinate shipping as well. He answered tons of questions and made us feel at ease with the ordering process. I would highly recommend them.
