The construction suppliers you work with as a construction company are very important. For our company, Richard L. is one of the best examples of how a company should value its customers. Whenever we place an order for windows, doors, or sliding doors, Richard reviews the entire plan and prepares a complete quote. He asks questions about details that others often overlook. If he is not completely sure, he asks for confirmation and even recommends double-checking with the designers. What I appreciate most is his attention to detail and his observations—they are almost always correct. Thanks to his diligence, our construction projects have avoided costly mistakes more than once. That level of professionalism is extremely valuable to us, and my appreciation for his work is endless. I highly recommend Castle House to someone who wants to get a quote on windows. They are super efficient and the price is pretty nice. Most importantly, they tried their best to help customers find the best suitable products. I live in Santa Clara and the distance is quite far from Sacramento. However, I still highly recommend someone who needs windows to contact them. They are way better than the south bay window dealers. I originally came to Castle House for some high STC rating windows (AMSCO). From my previous experience, I did not expect a reply from a website quote form. But I was wrong, I quickly got responses from them, and the price is the best compared to my previous survey. Later on, they found out that the product I was looking for cannot do re-tro fit and recommended me to another brand of windows (MILGARD). For MILGARD, there are several product lines, and they recommend me the most valuable one. You could pay way more to get 1 point higher STC rating but if you know all the options you probably won’t go for the most expensive one. I am pretty grateful they suggested to me the most valuable one instead of the most expensive one. Besides, I want to mention that my order is quite tiny to them as I only wanted to replace 6 windows for my house, and they still tried their best to address my case. I would like to especially thank Courtney for all her help along the road. She tirelessly addressed all my questions even though my order is actually tiny.
